2. We will NOT contact you by any means (Electronic, phone or land based) unless it concerns your order or if you have a problem with a download and request it. Only customers who have requested to be contacted will receive direct contact from us.
3. We may use your personal information within our own company to help us understand and meet your needs. The results will be for internal use only.
4. Only PayPal payments will be accepted through our website. TurfGal.com does not want to nor will we store your credit card information. PayPal is the most widely accepted method of payment for internet purchases.
5. We do not use cookies on our web sites to collect personal information.
6. Items ordered will be shipped on a first come, first serve basis. All shipments are UPS Ground , (or UPS Air when necessary) insured for the value of the purchase and packaged by UPS to insure sufficient packing materials are used. For custom orders a completion date will be given, this date is an estimate only. All orders will be shipped upon receipt of FULL payment.
7. Please be aware that due to the actual WEIGHT of the pots you order, shipping and handling costs will vary.
8. Refunds on merchandise purchases only, no shipping/handling can be refunded.
